Please join us for the Philadelphia Chapter’s first Fall Founder’s event: Capital Perspectives. Hear from Bruce Michelson, President of CM3 Building Solutions, about their majority exit to Daikin Applied Americas Inc. in an exclusive interview with Kleinbard to talk about what made the transaction a success!
Following the interview, we will hear from our Capital Perspectives Panel on options for raising outside capital for your business without selling a majority stake.
