The AM&AA Member of the Year award was created in 2023 to celebrate the members that make AM&AA the unique and lasting culture that it is, we recognize those people who embody that culture of open sharing, and excellence in deal making. We receive submissions come from active AM&AA members. Member of the Year finalists are chosen by AM&AA National. Each year the top three finalists receive complimentary registration to Summer Conference where the award is presented.

Jennifer deCamp, Director of Partner Development, builds sbLiftOff’s relationships with professional service providers in the middle market. She collaborates with partners across the country to provide in-person and virtual educational events focused on preparing business owners for a successful transition. Recently, Ms. deCamp organized a national book tour for Lift Off: 12 Things to Know Before Selling Your Business, a Forbes publication written by sbLiftOff’s CEO.

Bill is active at the national and the local level. He serves on the AM&AA National Advisory Council, is a Chapter Leader for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, and travels from chapter to chapter presenting the Market Survey Report. He gives his time and talent freely without expectation of return. And embodies the heart of AM&AA: to share knowledge, to network intentionally, and to close the deal with finesse and purpose.
