Our tax and accounting advisor will offer comments on the importance of a seller having thorough, accurate financials and returns and getting advice on tax strategies plus how they assist buyers with due diligence review and keeping the transaction process moving forward.
Our M&A advisor/intermediary will offer points on how they approach sell or buy side representation on “getting ready”, working with deal professionals on structure, due diligence, documents review and closing/post-close matters. Finally, our lender will share how their bank assists parties with funding options, working with deal participants to keep the process moving forward and insights on current SBA loan offerings assist M&A transactions in today’s high interest rate environment.
