Elizabeth Varley is a senior vice president in the Federal Government Affairs Office. Representing the company’s federal legislative and regulatory interests, her issues include taxation, retirement security, insurance, corporate governance, and human resources. Prior to joining the company in May 2014, she was part of New York Life from September 2010 to May 2014 as vice president in the office of government affairs where she focused on legislative and regulatory issues relating to retirement income, securities, and investment management.
