Mark your calendars for a panel presentation from Merger & Acquisition experts, as they have a lively and interactive discussion on the current state of M&A and the impact of COVID-19 on their practices and transactions. The discussion will include a presentation of GF Data Q1 and Q2 deal statistics as well as perspectives from AM&AA Midwest members from accounting, commercial banking, insurance, investment banking, legal and private equity firms. Those who register and attend the panel discussion will be given an opportunity to present questions to the panel and will have access to the AM&AA virtual meeting platform for participants to schedule “short meet and greet” sessions the week following the panel discussion.
