The new administration in Washington has set goals for tax changes that will affect business owners and sellers post-exit. Join the Rocky Mountain Chapter of AM&AA for a panelist discussion with Tony Nitti of Rubin Brown, Thomas Pauloski of Bernstein, and Dan Pellegrino of Forbes M+A. The group will examine proposed tax changes and their implications on business owners both pre-and post-sale. They will also provide an update on middle-market M&A activity through the first quarter of 2021.
We invite those looking to continue the discussion to join us at Arapahoe Basin for a ski day on Friday, March 26. RSVP and get your tickets in advance by clicking here.
Event sponsors IMA and Bold Legal are graciously providing lunch to the first 40 registrants at the virtual roundtable.
