Join the Midwest Chapter leadership team and other Chapter members for an informative and collaborative discussion on the impacts that the supply chain and labor markets are having on M&A deals today. Our panel of M&A advisors and experts will discuss the impact on due diligence, legal, bank credit and deal valuation/structure and various aspects of M&A transactions. They will share their experiences with transactions and give their thoughts and tips on dealing with these issues. 

After the interactive discussion, meeting participants will have the opportunity to meet other participants in breakout rooms. There will be time for each participant to give an update on their activities and then contact information will be provided so participants can set up their own follow-up conversations.
