Mr. McCalpin has spent his 40-year career in M&A, entrepreneurship, and corporate management. He has worked for 12 years in sell-side investment banking and pre-transaction planning/preparation services at Capitalize Network, 5 years as Dir. of M&A at a Fortune 500 in buy-side M&A, 8 years successfully founding, growing, and selling two technology companies in Boulder, CO, and 15 years in corporate management.
Mr. McCalpin is the Chair of the National Advisory Council of the Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA), an invited speaker to 20+ M&A industry events per year, a founder of the Rocky Mountain chapter of AM&AA, and holds the CM&AA M&A advisor certification, the CBEC and CExP certifications in Business Exit Planning.
