Please join us to learn about how the advent of artificial intelligence and machine learning could impact dealmaking and its professionals both now and in the future.

Participants will:

• Recognize and identify the characteristics of artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Identify threats AI and machine learning pose to the dealmaking industry
• Identify tools and methodologies used by AI and machine learning.

Participants will earn 1.0 CPE credit in the Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge.
