The AM&AA Tampa Bay Chapter Deal of the Year Awards celebrates Tampa Bay’s thriving middle-market business community and honors locals who drive middle-market growth.

Nominated deals and deal teams are evaluated based on their contribution to job growth, positive economic impact, capital formation, and the advancement of meaningful business relationships in the greater Tampa Bay Area.

We will recognize the entire team: seller, buyer, investment bank, law firm, tax advisory firm, and any other members who contributed to the deal’s success at the event.
